For one year of office as Mayor of Orhei, I was not guided by some templates for city administration, nor by any formalities, but by such actual problems and needs that I heard firstly from you.

Believe me, I came from another life and I never hid the fact that I am a businessman. But becoming the Mayor of Orhei, many things have changed in my life and have changed because of you. I have begun to feel the pain and sorrow of someone more acutely. I can not be indifferent, seeing tears in the eyes of poor and desperate people. Along with each other, we became stronger and more responsible.

I am grateful to you for the fact that together we are overcoming the difficulties and trials we face. I am confident that, together, by supporting and helping each other, we will certainly overcome them.

We have done many things with you, and perhaps we could have done better, for, as is known, there is no limit to perfection. But I will keep my word and Orhei will become the most prosperous city in the country!

I simply asked my wife to appear before you this day. I wanted to get a little closer. Like a real family. So let's say to our common house: “Orhei, we love you!”
