Ilan Shor: “While politicians chatter, I build roads”

The works are spread over a length of 1500 meters. The workers will lay asphalt in 2 layers, will rehabilitate 4500 m of roadways and 3500 m of sidewalks. For these works, they will use 4,000 tons of asphalt and 6,000 tons of gravel.
During the site visit, Ilan Shor was pleased with the plan of his team at Orhei City Hall to modernize the Eliberarii Street right at the beginning of spring.
In another context, Ilan Shor mentioned, referring to politicians who speak and do nothing, that: "While politicians only chatter and do nothing, I build roads".
It is worth mentioning that next week repair and modernization works will begin at 3 other streets in Orhei: Dorobanti, then M. Costin and A. Sciusev.
We recall that as early as 2017, at the initiative of Ilan Shor, Orhei City Hall, for the first time in the country, reconstructs the streets with its own forces and resources. This allows local authorities to optimize the expenditures and from the saved money, to modernize including streets that have never been paved.
